Corine Bearden

Services for Corine Hayes Bearden, 67, Edgewood, were held at 3 p.m. Sunday, April 20, at First Baptist Church, Edgewood, with Rev. Scott Brown officiating.

Burial was in Ellis Chapel Cemetery under direction of Hiett’s LyBrand Funeral Home, Wills Point.

Mr. Bearden died April 18, 2008, in Kaufman.

She was born November 5, 1940, in Corsicana to Lawrence William and Bessie Irene Pollard Hayes. She grew up in Navarro County and attended school in Corsicana. She married William Benjamin Bearden in 1959. She was a resident of Arlington prior to moving to Edgewood five years ago. She was a homemaker. She attended First Baptist Church in Edgewood.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include daughters and sons-in-law, Charlotte and David Foster, Alba, and Sandra and Richard McDaniel, Edgewood; sisters, Lois Goggans, Kennedale, and Wanda Fish, DeRidder, La.; and grandchildren, Amanda McManus, and husband Michael, Meagan Foster, Tyler McDaniel, Trisha McDaniel and Davy Foster.
