Services for Brenda Joyce McClanahan, 64, Emory, were held at 2 p.m. Monday, April 21, at Hilliard Funeral Home Chapel, Van, with E.R. Carter officiating.
Burial was in Salem Cemetery.
Mrs. McClanahan died April 18, 2008, in Tyler.
She was born April 3, 1944 in Commerce to J.D. and Ida Ann Fox. She was a resident of Emory for more than a year, moving from Colleyville, where she resided for 22 years. She helped operate McClanahan Drywall and was a member of Friendly Baptist Church in Tyler.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include her husband, Charles McClanahan, Emory; daughters and sons-in-law, Leslie and Lynn McCaughan, and Amber and Dan Boswell, all of Corpus Christi, and Deborah and Tracy Rodden, Mesquite; son and daughter-in-law, Eddie and Robin McClanahan, Faith; brother, Jackie Fox, Arlington; grandchildren, David McClanahan, James Goodwin, Lyle Goodwin, Ashley Boswell, Dallas Boswell, Cy Tschirgi, Kimberly Rodden and Jeffrey McClanahan.
Pallbearers included John McClanahan Jr., Lyle Goodwin, Dan Boswell, Mark McClanahan, Thomas McClanahan and David McClanahan.
