Graveside services for Leon Ebey, 64, Irving, were scheduled for 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 12, at Rose Hill Cemetery, near Terrell, with Russell Harris officiating, under direction of Allan Fuller Funeral Home, Wills Point.
Mr. Ebey died March 7, 2008, in Fort Smith, Ark.
He was born August 8, 1943, in Houston to George Wesley and Helen Virginia Thomas Ebey. he married Edith Faye Johnson in 1961. He was a truck driver most of his life. He was of Baptist faith.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Edith Faye Ebey in 2005; and brother, Eddie Earl Ebey.
Survivors include sons and daughters-in-law, Johnny Ebey, and Ronny and Linda Ebey, all of Irving, and Dewayne and Sue Ebey, Hugo, Okla.; daughter, Mary Cotton, Garrison; stepdaughter, Barbara Martin, Kaufman; nine grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
