Memorial services for Jack Hill, 55, Mena, Ark., formerly of West Tawakoni, will be held at 6 p.m. Sunday, May 4, at the American Legion Post #517, West Tawakoni.
Burial will be in Concord Cemetery, Ink, Ark., under direction of Larry G. Acklin Funeral Home, Little Rock, Ark.
Mr. Hill died April 13, 2008.
He was born September 2, 1952 to John and Elsa Marie Hill. He was a member of the American Legion Post #517 in West Tawakoni. He served as a Past Commander for Post #517. He worked as a carpenter.
He was preceded in death by his mother; and brother, James M. Hill.
Survivors include daughter and son-in-law, Sandra Lee and Jessie Orthman, Mena; son, Brian Hill, Texas; father, John Hill, Springfield, Mo.; brothers and sister-in-law, John Hill, Dagenham-Essex, England, and Michael and Brenda Hill, Eldorado Springs, Mo.; sisters and brothers-in-law, Anna and Roy Fox, Austin, Jeannie and Ronnie Beaver, Del Valle, and Belinda and Stan White, Springfield; special friends, Joyce Lawson and Family, West Tawakoni; nieces, nephews and other relatives.
