Services for George Ann Collins, 79, Mesquite, formerly of the Wills Point-Myrtle Springs area, were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, August 26, at Anderson Clayton Bros. Funeral Home Chapel, Terrell, with Pastor Kim and Pastor Millos officiating.
Mrs. Collins died August 22, 2008, in Mesquite.
She was born February 14, 1929 in Dallas to Claude Joe and Elva Lee Caldwell Chastain. She was a lifetime member of Terrell Seventh Day Adventist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Henry Warren Collins III; daughter, Sherri Ann Collins; and sister, Betty Chastain.
Survivors include sons and daughters-in-law, Joe Collins, and Bill and Sherry Collins, all of Mesquite, and Jim and Terre Collins, Spring Branch; grandchildren, Annie, Brian, Brooke, Beax, Valen and Cheyenne; sister, Jimmie Franklin; one nephew; one great-nephew; and other relatives.
