Joan Whisenhunt, 71 of Canton passed away August 26, 2009.
Funeral services were held Saturday, August 29, 2009 at Eubank Chapel with Rev. Ronnie Daniell officiating, under the direction of Eubank Funeral Home.
Burial will be in Haven of Memories, Canton.
Joan was born March 31, 1938 in Hamburg, Germany.
She was of the Baptist Faith. She came to the United States when she was 13 years old. She married Cliff in 1969 and they moved to Canton in 1972.
Preceded in death by two sons; Dennis and Larry Whisenhunt.
Survivors are: husband of 40 years: Cliff Whisenhunt of Canton, two daughters; Wendy and husband Mark Thiel of Oak Grove, Minnesota, LaWanna Whisenhunt of Keani, Alaska, seven grandchildren; Amanda, Joshua, Dylan, Skyla, Christopher, Leighton, Haley and one great-grandson; Jacob.
Honorary pallbearers were Josh Thiel and Marshall Brown.
