Services for Polly Malone, 80, Edom were at 2 p.m., October 25, at Hilliard Funeral Home, with Rev. James Golden officiating.
Burial was in Edom Cemetery.
Mrs. Malone passed away on October 21, 2009 in Tyler.
She was born June 28, 1929 in Irving. She had been a resident of Edom for over 20 years, formerly living in Irving. She worked for World Gift Company in Dallas for over 30 years, and was a member of Edom United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wesley Herman "Dub" Malone in 2001; parents, Paul Jennings Gilbert and Jane Storey Gilbert; and her sister, June Terry.
Survivors include her son, Bob Malone, Edom; daughter and son-in-law, Becky and Jim Morgan, Murchison; sister, Billie Phillips, North Richland Hills; grandchildren, Wes Thibaut and wife Valerie, Katy Zavala and husband Alberto, and Justin Morgan and wife Courtney; and great-grandchildren, Samantha Zavala, Payton Thibaut, Georgia Morgan and Jacob Morgan.
