Services for Lois Peacock, 81, Rowlett formerly of Myrtle Springs were held at 12 p.m., November 10 at Eubank Funeral Home Chapel, Canton with Rev. Jim Atkins officiating.
Entombment was in Haven of Memories, Canton.
Mrs. Peacock passed away November 7, 2009 in Plano.
She was born January 10, 1928 in Addison to Jasper Cora and Ethel Crawford Blasingame. She was a member of Community Foursquare Church in Canton. She spent her adult life as a hairdresser in Garland and moved to Myrtle Springs in 1967 where she continued with a salon in her home. She was a deeply devout Christian woman and a member of various area churches in Garland and the area surrounding Myrtle Springs.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Glen Peacock and five brothers and sisters.
Survivors include her daughter, Sue and Warren Cornil, Rowlett; granddaughters, Kristi and Robbie Winans, Kelli and Tom Gray, all of Rockwall; great-grandchildren, Brooke Clark, Spencer Arnold, Zachary Arnold, Tatum Winans, Trip Winans and Mia Winans; great-great-grandchildren, Corbin Clark and Makenzie Clark; sisters, Ruth Scott, McKinney and Ruby Hughes, Princeton.
