Services for Louise Coil, 80, Canton were held at 2 p.m., January 26 at Eubank Funeral Home Chapel, Canton with Bro. Steve Glosup officiating.
Burial was in Haven of Memories, Canton.
Mrs. Coil passed away January 23, 2010 in Canton.
She was born April 4, 1929 in Cornerville, Arkansas to Robert Abner and Clara Mae Tucker Boyd. She grew up in the Mildred Community and graduated form Mildred High School in 1948. She has been a resident of Canton since 1959 and served the people of Van Zandt County as a nurse in the office of Dr. Dan Hilliard for 20 years.
Survivors include her husband of 61 years, Gilmer Eugene Coil, Canton; daughter, Peggy and Michael Wyatt, Ben Wheeler; sons, Greg and Becky Coil, Canton and Robert and Peggy Coil, Round Top; sister, Ann and Neal Baker, Deport; brother, Vernon and Dorothy Boyd, Mildred; nine grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
She was preced in death by her parents; sister, Alpha Johnson; brothers, Curtis and Hershel Boyd.
Pallbearers were her grandchildren.
